Essential information we collect:
In operating our store, it is essential for us to capture some information about your device, such as your IP address and information related to your visit when you browse our store. Order information you expressly provide:
If you buy something from our store, we will need more specific information about you. How do we process your information?
We use an external provider to run our store, BigCommerce. BigCommerce is based in the US and is a participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and committed to providing best-in-class service and data protection. Through BigCommerce, we also use other, highly specialized external providers to provide the most competitive services.
● Payment: Our store is PCI-DSS compliant (a very strict industry standard with requirements for the security of credit card information), so we use accredited companies such as NMI and PayPal to authenticate and process your credit card information.
● Shipping: We integrate with ShipStation to fulfill your orders.
Partnering with highly specialized external companies allows us to focus on what we do best: selling great products.
How can you control your personal data?
If you are one of our customers who is in the EU, and we are specifically selling our products to the Member State where you are located, you have specific rights that we are honored to enforce without undue delay: Access, Correct, Erasure, Port, Object. How long do we keep your data?

SaticShield has partnered with ShipStation to ship all of its SaticShield Kits by USPS Priority Mail within the United States. As a result, shipping and handling expense is predetermined and listed for each kit. Typically, orders are received, shipped and delivered within 4-5 business days.

First, if you have a need to consider refunds or returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a happy SaticShield customer, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any product issues along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know…
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment and there will be no charge for products or shipping.
All of our products come with warranties. The Power Perfect box comes with a 10-year warranty and a 3-year warranty comes with both the Pure Power Plug-In and SaticPulse LED lighting.
